After a number of years at HSBC, and then Barclays, I had developed a passion for supporting SMEs which couldn’t be completely fulfilled in a corporate environment. I founded Advantage Business Partnerships in order to share the senior leadership, networking and strategic business experience I had gained from my time in the banking sector with SMEs across England.
My skills centre on creating innovative strategic and performance management initiatives to motivate and inspire greater results for companies and individuals, and I also have a depth of experience in team building, financial control, business development and time management.
